Gordon is passionate about moving ideas to action. He has experience in the health, energy, consumer and defense sectors as both investor and executive. Gordon holds engineering degrees from Princeton University (BSE) and University of Virginia (ME) and an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business. Gordon’s personal experience with traumatic brain injury - two concussions playing football - motivates him to eliminate these injuries so future athletes can be active and safe.

Chief Science & Product Officer
Dr. Cecchi is passionate about improving human safety. He earned engineering degrees from UC Irvine (BS) and Stanford University (PhD), where he studied brain injury biomechanics and helmet technology. Nick's research has led to granted patents, commercialized products, sport policy changes at the national level, and numerous awards. Nick's personal experience with traumatic brain injury - three concussions playing water polo - motivates him to rapidly translate new discoveries to commercial applications that can reduce injury risk for broad populations.

Ben is a product builder and strategist with a deep engineering foundation and a relentless drive to transform bold ideas into breakthrough innovations. With over 22 years of experience spanning engineering, advanced R&D, and product strategy, he has led the development and commercialization of award-winning products across multiple categories—from high-performance eyewear and military technologies to wearables and impact protection. Ben’s leadership has helped shape the strategic direction of brands like Oakley and ESS, driving category-defining launches and building future-focused product roadmaps. His work is driven by a simple principle: innovation should serve real human needs—and with the right people and process, anything is possible.

Dr. Camarillo is an Associated Professor of Bioengineering at Stanford University where he studies brain injury with funding provided by NIH, NSF, DoD, and others. He holds engineering degrees from Princeton University (BSE) and Stanford University (MS, PhD). David's personal experience with concussions - two concussions bicycling - and their aftermath motivates him to create safer equipment and prevent traumatic brain injury.

Co-Founder and Sr. Medical Advisor
Dr. Grant is a neurosurgeon and the Chair of the Department of Neurosurgery at Duke University Health Center where he specializes in concussion, epilepsy, and brain tumors. He holds degrees from Duke University (BS) and Stanford University (MD) and completed his neurosurgery residency at University of Washington. As a USAF veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Director of Stanford Children’s Concussion Center, and former neurosurgery consultant to the San Francisco 49ers NFL team, Dr. Grant has extensive experience taking care of adults and children with traumatic brain injuries.
